How can you separate truth from lies and figure out the what/when/why of eating and drinking when it all seems more confusing than ever? 

Food is fuel for the body, and can make or break the state of your body's health and fitness. Unfortunately, it is usually considered optional or secondary in most programs.

  1. We offer our Nutrition and All Inclusive Private Fitness services separately for the personal needs, flexibility and convenience of our clients.
  2. Unlike many other fitness businesses, our programs are not created by personal trainer or generic, computer generated from software programs. They are designed by certified nutritionist who specialize in everything from eating disorders to competitive sports nutrition. And would work with your personal tastes, too. 

More importantly your customized meal plans would be designed around your current eating habits, dietary preferences and health goals, also your work schedule and professional demands.  

Whether you’re a Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian you'll be offered very flexible and varied nutrition plans that are easy to follow and realistic to adhere to.

12-Weeks Jump Start Custom Meal Plan & Nutrition Program: 

Goals: Fat Loss, Gain Lean Muscle, Weight Gain, Healthy Lifestyle. 

  • Nutrition Counseling, Customized daily meal options (on your customized software - provided), substitution ideas, snacks, grocery shopping list, cheat meals, supplements and vitamins recommendation.
  • A complete assessment and physical activity analysis, also recommendation of daily calories, carbs, proteins, sugar, and fats.
  • Each client will receive a printed copy and professional software with physical activity analysis,  body composition and body fat tracks, exercise recommendation, customized meal plans ( substitutions choices) , supplements recommendation and nutrition program.  
20-Weeks Ultimate Custom Meal Plan & Nutrition Program: 

Goals: Weight Loss, Gain Lean Muscle, Weight Gain, Healthy Lifestyle. 

  • Nutrition Counseling, Customized daily meal options (on your customized software - provided), substitution ideas, snacks, grocery shopping list, cheat meals, supplements and vitamins recommendation.
  • A complete assessment and physical activity analysis, also recommendation of daily calories, carbs, proteins, sugar, and fats.
  • Each client will receive a printed copy and professional software with physical activity analysis, body composition and body fat tracks, exercise recommendation, customized meal plans ( substitutions choices), supplements recommendation and nutrition program.  

Each client should log all meals and drinks for 7-10 days before Meal Plan & Nutrition Program is created.

The reason why this is so important is because once we know your BMR (which changes with your fitness level) we can then build a nutrition plan to meet your exact needs, ensuring the proper caloric deficit for maximum fat loss.
